Enjoy breakfast and a magical, up-close encounter at Dolphin Quest, the only dolphin attraction its king on Hawaii. Guided by marine mammal experts, you'll truly be captivated and amazed. This experience is not offered through the hotel and is only for registered spouse/guests. RSVP Required.

Learn the art of Hula — a uniquely Hawaiian dance accompanied by chant or song that preserves and perpetuates the stories, traditions and culture of Hawaii.

Picnic Snorkel Sail
Wednesday, October 22
8:15am-12:45pm
Cost: $165 per ticket

Depart from the beautiful Anaehoâ´malu Bay to snorkel a coral reef where you will be able to see turtles and other ocean life. Picnic on a deli style lunch at a spot surrounded by beautiful blue waters and swaying palm trees aboard the catamaran. Tour includes open bar aboard boat during tour time.

 

 

Kohala Adventure Hike

Cost: $165 per ticket

This is an off-road adventure, plus a relaxing walk with dramatic views of Pololu Valley, charming foot bridges, historic taro terraces and intimate waterfalls. Enjoy an opportunity to swim at a waterfall — this is the perfect experience for all ages! Tour includes deli-style lunch.

 

Volcano and Waterfall Helicopter Tour

6 am-9 am and 8:15 am-11:15am (two departure times — departure times will be assigned based on availability)
Cost: $575 per ticket

Fly above the dramatic trail of devastation where active lava often flows then discover the breathtaking waterfalls of the lush KohalaValleys, the dramatic Hamakua coastline, rugged Mauna Kea Mountain and the rolling rangelands of Parker Ranch. This truly is a once in a lifetime experience and the most exciting way to tour the volcano and the Big Island's most remote areas.

 

Mauna Kea Summit and Stars Tour
Saturday, October 25
2:15pm-10pm
Cost: $230 per ticket

As you ascend the mountain of Mauna Kea, you will learn about the island's geography, geology, meteorology and natural history. The tour features the sunset from the summit and then a return to the Onizuka Visitor's Center where you'll explore the night sky with telescopes and observe the wonders of the constellations. Tour includes all transportation, gear and picnic-style dinner.

Tour Cancellation Policy:

Tour fees less a $50 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Monday, September 15, 2014. NO REFUNDS will be granted after this date. Written notification must be sent to Jessica Torrero at jtorrero@acec.org.

Spouse Cancellation Policy:

Spouse registration fees less a $75 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Monday, September 22, 2014. No refunds will be granted after this date. Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same member firm. Written notification must be sent to Jessica Torrero at jtorrero@acec.org.
